In terms of speed the cast reach Superhuman. Ice Climber is more physically powerful then it looks, with an enemy being capable of completely shifting a mountain downards with a mere stomp.
Unfortunately, the poor jumping mechanics totally ruin this game. I have grown very fond of early 1980's style arcade video games, and Ice Climber most definitely looks, feels, and plays like an early 1980's platforming arcade classic. It is the only game to feature the Ice Climbers to date. Ice Climber is a NES video game that I wish I liked more. Since then, it has been re-released onto the Game Boy Advance and the Wii's Virtual Console.
